Pu’er tea is highly favored by the Chinese. The best Pu’er tea has its roots in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan Province, where the climate and environment provide best conditions for the growth of Pu’er tea trees. Pu’er tea features darker color and tastes quite different from many other varieties of tea. The longer it brews, the tastier it is. Many tea lovers especially favor its unique aroma and taste. Pu’er tea contains a variety of healthy elements, and if drunk regularly, it can be beneficial to the protection of heart and blood vessels, and has the benefits of reducing weight, reliving fatigue and improving digestion.
